Snare tuned e. I've created it with rob papen punch software synthesizer & saturated in tapey style. It's not very fat 'cause the fundamental tone is above 300hz & it's "low-cutted" by fabfilter eq. .

I took a few one-shot samples from a bunch of free packs i downloaded off the net (legally), i gave the kick some subtle crunchy distortion in the high end whilst trying to retain it's core sound and it's punch, i altered the transients and the pitch of the samples to make them pop more and sound more to the point and i placed a coloring compressor on the master to give it a bit more overal volume raise without causing it to clip in a bad way.

Very heavy breakbeat for drum and bass 170bpm.

The sound is a contact mic'ed piece of pvc pipe which has a drawstring from a pair of shorts tied to it. The sound is the drawstring being plucked. It's could be good for bass lines. The sound was processed slightly in goldwave (some noise reduction/eq adjustments/fading).

This little distorted bass one-shot was made using a combination of sine-compression and filtering techniques in conjunction with reverse reverb/ bit-crushing. I also added a pitch fall near the end. I used some compression and a bit of eq to make it sound like something you'll hear on a gaming console machine. However, the audio spikes from the high freq took me a while to cut off. Can't figure out why it does that but in my opinion it still sounds good :).

This is just one of my drum n bass loops. This is about 260 bpm :).

I used a plug-in called harmor on fl studio 11 and i messed around with highpass and lowpass filters with a very wide resonance. Of corse you can use this ''thing'' for whatever you want because it's totally unoriginal and easy to make.

Truly dnb kick. Subtle processing on the kick would fit the peg in the hole of your mix. Processed in ableton live.

In this series, low ends are made with zynaddsubfx and top end are processed samples of me hitting various objects used audacity and renoise to stack them.

Dont ask why this is named like that lol, made using a lot of layers but the fundamental of the snare is synthesized, distorted the first miliseconds of the sample to make an snappy transient and make it cut throught the mix. For the process i used analog modelled plugins such as exciters, tube saturators, preamps, coloring eqs, and compressors alongside with some digital modelled plugins such as camelcrusher, transient shaper and sliceeq both by kilohearts, the compressor mjucjr ny klanghelm to amplify the waveform of the sample and finally a clipshifter plugin, which i love it, to limit the snare aggresively.

Just a break i made a while ago. I think it is abit faster than the actual song but i prefer faster breaks.

I recorded these samples after recording a loop of the famous think beat. I used mapex big rock kick and toms and a mapex daisycutter snare along with zultan 15" raw hihat and a zultan 20" dark matter crash.
